FeedStock co-Founder and CEO, Charlie Henderson took part in a Shaping FinTech webinar hosted by Olivia Minnock, Editor of Fintech Alliance, with panellists Jack Collier, CMO of Mettle, Sam Tidswell-Norrish, CMO of Dun & Bradstreet and Philip Dutton, Co-CEO and Founder of Solidatus.

The webinar dived into how we can use data to understand our customers and covered the shift from in-person to digital relationships, where we are currently in our use of data and what the future holds for data analytics in enabling a superior customer experience, as well as data security and trust and the ethics of data analytics.

Using data intelligently to improve client relationships is what drives us at FeedStock. Charlie puts it very well when he says “we’re at basecamp today as to what we can achieve with data” and points out that there are millions of data points we can gather about clients’ preferences on email alone, it’s not so much a question of how much data we can gather but rather “how do you use that data to benefit the customer.”
